Construction of the Observation and Command Post and Interpretation Center. The building has three floors, intended to house services from EDIA (Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company) that provide technical support to the Alqueva Dam, namely the P.O.C. (Alqueva Dam Observation and Command Post).
