Padre Cruz Neighbourhood Housing Complex

The Padre Cruz Neighbourhood Housing Complex is a project that has created 70 flats for the rehousing of the local population, as well as the opening of four new commercial spaces, boosting the economic development of the region.

This project is part of the urban rehabilitation programme for the masonry area of Bairro Padre Cruz, one of the largest social housing estates on the Iberian Peninsula. The intervention aims to improve housing conditions, strengthen social cohesion and promote a more inclusive and sustainable environment for the community.
