In December 2015, Teixeira, Pinto & Soares LDA was transformed into a Public Limited Company and in December 2017 became owned by Latitude Capital SGPS, SA due to the sustained growth and expansion of our activities, thus contributing for joint success.

Later, in October 2017, Latitude Capital was also formed by Década, a real estate development company. It was also born in 2015, driven by the desire to provide the best solutions for the most varied customers, standing out for the sale of profitable properties, but not only: also for the sale of a necessity, a comfort, a home.
