Work awarded – Bento Landureza Housing Estate

The construction of the Bento Landureza Housing Complex in Oliveira de Azeméis was awarded to us by the Municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis.

The aim of this housing project is to build 50 flats, of which 31 are one-bedroom flats, five are two-bedroom flats, eleven are three-bedroom flats, two are four-bedroom flats and one is five-bedroom flats.

The project is presented within the Local Housing Strategy as a key instrument for guaranteeing an improvement in the quality of life of the entire population of Oliveira, for the qualification and attractiveness of the territory, as well as for promoting sustainability in urban development.
