Yesterday saw the laying of the foundation stone for the Leceia development in Barcarena, a parish in the municipality of Oeiras The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Oeiras, Isaltino Morais, and the Secretary of State for Housing, Patrícia Gonçalves Costa, who emphasised the importance of the project as a commitment to the future and to improving the quality of life of all those who will benefit from these homes.
The event also saw the signing of documents by all the players responsible for the project, which were then sealed in a time capsule and laid along with the foundation stone.
This housing development will provide for the construction of 96 homes, divided into 1, 2 and 3 bedroom typologies.
