The contract for the construction of the Quinta do Ferro development in Lisbon was awarded to us by Lisboa Ocidental SRU and drawn up by PMC Arquitetos.
The project, with an intervention area of 2,366.85 square metres, provides for a four-storey building with 31 flats. It stands out for its remarkable integration into the urban context, through the interpretation of the patio as a community courtyard and the use of an elegant volumetric partition that allows for the occasional widening of Rua da Verónica.
It is also recognised for its clarity and formal consistency, with particular emphasis on the transitions between public space, common areas and private space. Also noteworthy is its high level of programmatic and functional suitability, with typologies that point to the flexibility of uses while maintaining the distinct character of each space.
