The construction of the Três Vales development in Almada was awarded to us by IHRU – Instituto da Habitação e Reabilitação Urbana (Housing and Urban Rehabilitation Institute) for the sum of 21,000,000.00M€.
This housing project will have a construction area of 21,618 m2 divided into three blocks and will provide 142 flats ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
The construction of this project will have a very positive impact on the municipality of Almada, which will be able to ensure that the site is integrated in a way that is able to dialogue with the existing constraints, enhancing citizenship and conviviality, meeting and staying, adding value to a city that we want to be increasingly lived in and made up of people.
