Work awarded: PIA.06 Casquilho Poente residential building

The contract for the construction of the residential building relating to the PIA.06 Casquilho Poente project in Almada was awarded to us by IHRU – Instituto da Habitação e Reabilitação Urbana (Housing and Urban Rehabilitation Institute) for €9,219,797.86.

The project includes the construction of this housing complex, consisting of a single volume, in the shape of a parallelepiped, in which 52 dwellings will be located, organised into 3 adjacent blocks/buildings (A, B and C) which, although they are read as a single volume, have separate and autonomous entrances.
