During the construction of Lot 3 in the redevelopment of Bairro Padre Cruz, our company received and guided a visit from 75 guests who attended the Housing Europe Mediterranean Axis Countries Spring Meeting, organised by Gebalis and Lisbon City Council.
During this technical visit, the contract was presented and some of the more demanding processes in the execution of the work were explained. During this time, the participants also had the opportunity to ask any questions they had about the project.
It should be remembered that the construction of Lot 3 in this neighbourhood will enable the creation of 70 dwellings for the rehousing of the population of this region and the opening of four commercial spaces. This project is part of the urban rehabilitation programme for the masonry area of Bairro Padre Cruz, one of the largest social housing estates on the Iberian Peninsula.
