The foundation stone for the construction of Serenity Vilamoura has been laid.
An important moment marked by a brief ceremony attended by the partners involved in the project, including the Mayor of Loulé, Vitor Aleixo, the Director of Saraiva + Associados, Miguel Saraiva, and the Directors of TPS and Fercopor.
This new project is a development that offers 53 homes ranging from studio to four-bedroom units, made up of two buildings that are joined by a common green space, providing a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere, highlighting the outdoor swimming pools, the three floors of flats, parking and, of course, storage for each type.
This is how Serenity Vilamoura favours comfort, well-being and convenience, with a simple, minimalist language marked by glazed openings that adorn the façade. In addition, the facilities include a heated swimming pool, gym, massage room, lounge, outdoor pools and a private garden.
