At the 5th edition of the Luso-Brazilian Congress on Sustainable Construction Materials (CLBMCS) at the Instituto Superior Técnico, we would like to highlight the presentation by our engineer José Romano, who addressed the Housing Problem in Portugal – Costs Associated with the Life Cycle of a Project, which took place yesterday in the Civil Engineering building.
Today, after finalising this 5th edition, we can only thank you for inviting us to take part, as well as congratulate all the students, teachers and organisations present who helped strengthen the knowledge of this academic community.
