Visit to the Vila D’ART site – ERPI and SAD

Vila D’ART was visited by the Quinta de S. Pedro Cultural and Social Centre to check on the state of the work in progress, which is expected to be completed by the end of November.

This project is aimed at building a new social facility, the ERPI (Residential Structure for the Elderly) and the SAD (Home Support Service), based on the principles of active ageing, technology and innovation, guaranteeing conditions of comfort, safety, health and functionality, advocating that people can age with quality, preserving their individuality and their family and social relationships.
