The Municipality of Vila Real, led by the Mayor of Vila Real, Rui Santos, visited the construction site of the Quinta do Almor Housing Complex in Vila Real.
With an investment of 25 million euros, this project, which has five buildings and 180 flats of different types, from 1 to 3 bedrooms, according to Rui Santos (Mayor of Vila Real), is a ‘development that will make an extraordinary contribution’ in helping to combat the shortage of the housing market in the municipality of Vila Real.
During the visit, the excellent performance of the construction work (which only began in May) was highlighted by all the participants and ended with our CEO, Bruno Soares, emphasising ‘I hope that in December 2025 we’ll all be here again to inaugurate the project and put the people who so desperately need this housing here’.
