“In the heart of Porto, 13 new luxury houses are being born. They are part of the iconic Palacete Cedofeita which is being converted into a luxury residential condominium in which outdoor spaces are valued. Of these units, four have already been sold and four others have already been booked. Prices vary between 4,800 and 5,411 euros per square meter.
This 19th century neoclassical palace is located on Cedofeita street in the Invicta city, which is now gaining a new lease of life. The Porto atelier who is in charge of its recovery, always preserving its original features is Morais Soares, according to Diário Imobiliário.
The 13 new luxury homes are divided into two buildings. One of them is the palace, which brings together five apartments of types T3 to T4+1, with areas between 218 and 300 m2, two of which have private gardens. And the other concerns the ‘Residences building’, “a new construction that is born as part of the property and is surrounded by a true urban forest”, where another eight apartments will be integrated, of T2 duplex typology and areas from 130 to 154 m2, all having private garden areas, they explained in a joint communication to JLL and Predibisa that they are in charge of marketing it.
On the occasion, Patrícia Barão, Head of Residential at JLL, said that “Palacete Cedofeita is not only a condominium of excellence, but a true fusion between the city’s history and its current vitality”. Joana Lima, responsible for the Urban Rehabilitation of Predibisa, also considered that the project “represents the opportunity to live in a modern condominium with the charm of the finishes and generous areas of a historic building”, highlighting “the careful gardens that complete the new residential units” .
